DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team at our small, friendly hotel. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable handling a wide range of building and room repairs. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and keeping a property running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

·         Complete basic building repairs such as patching drywall, fixing doors, painting, flooring helper.

·         Maintain the exterior of the building, including walkways and parking areas.

·         Other assigned duties.

·         Able to follow instructions.

Qualifications:

·         Previous maintenance or handyman experience is an asset.

·         Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building repair.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

·         Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

·         Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

·         Shifts may include weekdays, and weekends

·         Must be legally able to work in Canada, SIN # required
