About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Welder/Fabricator  individual to support daily operations in a busy fabrication shop. The successful candidate will assist in custom fabrication, maintain a clean and organized work environment, handle tools and parts, and help ensure shop tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Custom Fabrication  
• Assist in keeping a clean and organized  shop, work areas, tools, equipment, and parts.
• Aluminum & Steel Welding
• Use of multiple types of equipment to complete custom jobs
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Perform other labour duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a fabrication shop, welding shop, and/or a general labour environment is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and shop safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset.

Working Conditions
• Work takes place in a fabrication shop environment.
• May involve standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and working around  tools, and equipment.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
