Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck and Coach Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in diagnosing and repairing various types of trucks. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret schematics. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.

Duties

• Diagnose mechanical issues in transports
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and assemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Document all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles for record-keeping purposes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Truck and Coach Mechanic
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A valid driver's license is required
• Own tools are an asset
