Compensation & Benefits Information

·         Rate of pay: 19.65

·         Paid percent in lieu of benefits and paid vacation percent up to 20% on a biweekly basis

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Interim Director, Finance, the summer student will assist the finance department with tasks such as organizing and maintaining financial documents, processing invoices, updating spreadsheets, and handling basic data entry. They will also support the team with various administrative tasks related to finance operations.

Certifications and Registrations

·         Minimum Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) completed

·         Enrolled in post-secondary financial program will be considered an asset

·         Bilingualism in French and English will be considered an asset

Skill, Ability & Experience:

·         Must possess advanced written skills in English

·         Knowledge of computers and keyboarding
