Job Summary:

Caron Equipment Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated student labourers to support operations at our Timmins location this summer. This opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment. The Student Labourer will assist with general yard and site support, contributing to the efficiency and safety of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labour duties within the yard and surrounding areas
• Assist trades and equipment operators with manual tasks
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including waste removal and basic upkeep
• Organize and inventory tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in daily safety talks
• Always required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in high school or post-secondary education
• Able to work outdoors in a physical, hands-on role
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to workplace safety
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• CSA-approved safety boots required
• Previous experience in a labour or construction setting is an asset
• Must be available to work full-time during the summer season
