Welcome to Wilson Ford in New Liskeard. We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Service Department in the capacity of Experienced Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate has:

• an outgoing personality (people person)

• Ford Dealership service advising experience preferred - we will train the right person

• fluent in both English and French preferred

• ability to multi task

• excellent time management skills

• motivated, organized and a desire to serve the customer

• skills and desire to meet goals

Responsibilities:

• greet clients as they enter the dealership

• determine client needs and write up work order

• look at history/mileage of vehicle and advise client of vehicle maintenance needs

• work with service and parts teams to ensure client's vehicles are ready when promised

• keep client informed of progress and any repairs needed

• process and close all their work orders

• ensure complete client satisfaction while achieving dealership's goals

• ability to multi task and shift priorities as business dictates

• ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to details
