We are hiring a motivated Seasonal Service Administrator to support the daily operations of our Service Department.

Wage:  $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience

Duties Include:
• Answering incoming calls professionally
• Creating, updating, and closing service work orders
• Processing customer payments
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinating information between customers, technicians, and service staff
• Maintaining accurate records across multiple systems
• Supporting general administrative tasks

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Alternating weekend shifts
• Full-time seasonal position

Requirements:
• Reliable, punctual, and customer focused
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• French & English bilingualism preferred
• Customer service or administrative experience is an asset
