Parts Sales Specialist

Position Details: Full Time/ Permanent

Location: Timmins, ON

Job Summary:

Timmins & New Liskeard Kenworth is looking to hire a Parts Sales Specialist to work out of our Timmins, ON location. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Parts and Sales Departments, with an emphasis on providing superior customer service and quality products to our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

·         Actively engaging in internal and external sales efforts, including but not limited to visiting customers and prospective customers to determine their needs and to promote our products and promotions

·         Develop a sales strategy, meanwhile continuously adapting said strategy to reflect industry changes and consumer needs

·         Coordinating sales efforts with marketing strategies

·         Setting and achieving sales goals

·         Maintaining sales records and presenting regular progress updates to Management

·         Assist with the implementation and management of our online parts counter program

·         Assist with customer service as needed

Qualifications:

·         Bilingualism is considered to be an asset

·         College diploma in Business or related field

·         Sales experience is considered to be an asset

·         Proficient computer skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Superior interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers

·         Commitment to upholding excellent customer service

·         Valid Driver’s license
