Wilson Chevrolet in New Liskeard is presently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Parts Department in the capacity of Parts Advisor.

The Parts Advisor is responsible for creating great first impressions and guides the customers through the acquisition of the correct parts (and any additional or secondary parts required).

The Parts Advisor upholds the dealerships’ standards and values so that the customer is fully satisfied through every interaction with the parts department. As a team player, the Parts Advisor fosters excellent relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership.

• Dealership Parts experience preferred - we will train the right individual!

• Clean driver's abstract and a valid driver's license

• Solid computer skills.
• Good math skills.

• Ability to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients both at retail, technician counter and on phones
• Look up parts per client needs
• Advise of pricing and availability
• Work with service and parts teams to ensure clients' vehicles are ready when promised
• Keep clients informed of progress and any backorder situation
• Help with shipping/receiving as necessary
• Ensure complete client satisfaction while achieving dealerships goals
• Ability to multi task and shift priorities as business dictates
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to details
• Education & Experience
• Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma.
• College certificate or additional courses would be an asset.
• A fundamental understanding of automotive mechanical fundamentals.
• French is an asset.
