The position can be part-time or full-time.

-Part time (20 hours per week), Full time (40 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial situation, homeownership goals, and credit history. They assess the client's eligibility for different mortgage products.

Prequalification: Help clients get prequalified for a mortgage by assessing their financial capacity and providing an estimate of the mortgage amount they can afford.

Application Process: Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather the necessary documents, such as income verification, credit reports, and property details.

Closing and Funding: Assist with the final closing process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to secure the mortgage and transfer ownership of the property.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview.
