At Daystar Stitching, we believe in quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and doing things the right way. We’re a growing embroidery, heat transfer, screen printing, and promotional product manufacturer focused on custom, well-made pieces, and we’re looking for a Manual Screen Printing Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, cares about detail, and wants to learn a skilled trade. No prior screen printing experience is required — we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do 

• Learn to operate manual screen printing equipment
• Perform screen prep: coating, exposing, washing, and reclaiming
• Set up and register screens with guidance from our team
• Mix inks and help with colour matching
• Print garments while maintaining Daystar’s quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Work alongside the team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For 

• A strong interest in hands-on, creative, or production-based work
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow your skills
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting boxes of garments
• Screen printing experience is a plus, but not required
