Timmins Finnish Seniors’ Home Incorporated, a non-profit housing corporation whose mandate is the provision of quality, affordable housing for senior citizens in the Timmins area, is seeking a responsible and motivate individual to assume the role of manager – 15 hours/week.
The successful candidate will be self-directed, with good organizational skills and experience in administration and financial management. Experience in using Simply Accounting (Sage) and Microsoft Office required. Must have good interpersonal skills and socialize well with seniors. Experience in property management would be considered an asset. Additional duties include payables/payroll, board meetings, outsourcing contractors, preparing monthly reports, banking, etc.
Must have a clean Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector check.
