Job pays $20/hr to $24/hr pending experience. FULL TIME with an Open ( 7 day ) Availablity 

A groundskeeper maintains and beautifies the exterior areas of properties like parks, campuses, and corporate facilities. They handle lawn maintenance, plant care, and equipment operation, while ensuring the grounds remain clean and safe year-round. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn & Garden Care: Mow, edge, weed, and fertilize lawns. Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees, and prune them to promote healthy growth.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, including riding mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and snowblowers.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Clear sidewalks and driveways of snow and ice in the winter, and remove leaves and debris in the fall.
• Property Upkeep: Empty outdoor trash receptacles, pick up litter, and clean walkways or parking lots.
• Facility Support: Depending on the site (e.g., in Ontario or for local commercial properties), duties may include moving outdoor furniture or assisting with basic maintenance tasks. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: The role involves continuous physical labor, including kneeling, bending, and regularly lifting/carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Equipment Knowledge: Working familiarity with standard landscaping tools and basic repair/maintenance of the equipment. [1, 2]
• Licenses & Certifications: A valid driver's license is often required. Specialized licenses  may be necessary depending on your location.
