Job description :
- Oversee all daily motel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise employees
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, occupancy levels, and revenue performance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Health, safety and company policies
- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the property
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Develop strategies to increase occupancy and improve profitability
- maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Qualification:
-Previous experience in hotel, motel, hospitality, or property management.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
-Experience managing budgets and staff.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
-Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software.
-Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an asset.
