Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are maintained and that tasks are completed efficiently.
**Currently seasonal but chance for it to become full time permanent**
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites before and after work activities.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials & Signs as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.
- Working in different weather conditions when required.
- Able to work independently or as a team.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Pay: $19.80-$22.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Flexible Language Requirement: French not required
Schedule: Monday to Friday / No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate: New Liskeard, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
