Main Responsibilities:
Engage in hands-on training across warehouse operations, sales, projects, finance, administration, and human resource management.
Cultivate relationships with key vendors.
Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems.
Reflect the core values of the company by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with our Company's Policies and Procedures.
Embrace personal and professional development as a lifelong pursuit, inspiring others within the organization to do the same.
Play a key role in our annual inventory and reconciliation processes.
Manage inventory adjustments throughout the year.
Process monthly ship and debit rebates.
Provide support and training to the team in all system and operational functions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments by actively participating in educational opportunities and vendor training.
Requirements:
A proven ability to build strong relationships among managers, employees, and partners.
Excellent communication skills.
Some understanding of financial management principles.
A proactive mindset to address problems and seize opportunities for the company.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge.
Dependable, organized and deadline oriented.
High-level critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
Stress tolerance.
