Cook (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to Harvey's/Swiss Chalet standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet service goals during peak hours.
• Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Uphold brand standards for speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certificate.
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience is an asset (training is provided).
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have reliable transportation for late-hour closing shifts.
