Reporting to the Campus Manager, Kirkland Lake Campus, this position provides assistance and support to student services as well as coordinating facility rentals on campus.
Duties will include but not be limited to work on course section information, booklists, and tracking course outlines. Scheduling meetings for faculty/taking minutes and dealing with general inquiries.
Responding to external inquiries regarding the rental of rooms, cafeteria, auditorium, and gymnasium on the KL Campus. This position ensures that the facilities are available and appropriate for the requested use, corresponds with the client throughout the process and coordinates services related to the rental such as A/V set up etc. The position will provide some assistance to other front line operations including student payments, parking, and general inquiries.

Education & Experience:
• 1 year Office Administration Certificate
• A combination of relevant education and/or work experience may be considered
The incumbent must have:
• Minimum two years of similar work and/or related experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Proof of valid WHMIS/WHMIS Review card is a requirement for employment with Northern College.
