Qualifications

Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario or willing to transfer. 

Relevant nursing experience in a clinical setting. 

Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. 

Proficiency in both English and French is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. 

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. 

Monitor and record patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate medical staff. 

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. 

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. 

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. 

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
