JOB OPPORTUNITY: PARTS ADVISOR

Job Details: Full-Time

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (to be based on relevant experience and qualifications)

Schedule:

Summer Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Winter Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm (1 every 2-3 weeks)

Language:

English (French would be an asset)

Bourque Auto Sales has an immediate opening for a Parts Associate. Working at our front counter alongside our Service Advisor, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible to research, order and receive parts for our stock and for our customers. Keeping our inventory up to date and stocked will also be key in this role. We strive on providing the best possible customer service experience and this will be a crucial role in this position. Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing of their unit will be key in this role.

Job Duties (but not limited to):

• Looking up parts in the electronic parts catalogue (parts fiche).

• Manage and dispense parts inventory

• Receiving and shipping

• Entering parts into inventory using our computer program

• Ordering, calling and texting customers when their parts arrive

• Processing sales transactions of parts, accessories, lubricants and apparel

• Completing parts inventory analysis for orders and bookings.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Customer service oriented

• Knowledge and experience with motorsports parts and marine

• Reliable and willing to work flexible hours

• Attention to detail

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset

• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
