MAINTENANCE CLEANER

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain building common areas (hallways, stairwells, entryways, laundry rooms, etc)
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors regularly
• Empty garbage bins and ensure waste areas are tidy
• Wipe down doors, walls, mirrors, and windows
• Clean and restock dorm or guest rooms as required
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
• Perform light upkeep tasks such as changing light bulbs or painting
• Ensure cleaning tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform light physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Team player with a respectful, positive attitude toward coworkers
