DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated individual to join our team as a:

Handyman / Mechanic / Material Delivery Technician. This is a versatile, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of daily tasks—from general repairs to mechanical work to transporting materials between job sites.

Key Responsibilities Handyman Duties

Perform general repairs and maintenance (basic carpentry, drywall patching, painting, minor electrical and plumbing tasks).

Troubleshoot issues on job sites and complete small fix-it tasks as needed.

Assist with installations, assembly, and on-site project support.

Mechanic Duties

Conduct basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on company equipment, tools, and vehicles.

Monitor equipment condition and report repair needs promptly.

Perform routine inspections and ensure all equipment is safe and operational.

Material Delivery Duties

Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and supplies to various job sites.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of materials and storage areas.

Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience in handyman work, construction, or general maintenance.

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine repairs.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor tasks.

Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
