Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the hotels common areas
- Clean and arrange guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Complete laundry tasks as needed
- Maintain and restock supply rooms for housekeeping
- Ensure that always excellent customer service is provided
- Assist guests with any requirments or inquires
- Report to the management of any damages or required repairs
- After each checkout, clean the room
- Report to the manager of any lost and found items
