What you’re responsible for:

• Front desk administration - including processing payments and deposits, answering and making phone calls, collecting information from clients, filing, booking appointments, assisting other Associates, etc.
• Use of computer systems such as Outlook and various Co-operators programs
• Achieving individual goals for client service, quality and productivity and contribute to the achievement of the agency overall.

• You are required to have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
