Carpenter & Snow Removal Operator

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and versatile individual to join our team as a Carpenter and Snow Removal Operator. This unique dual-role position offers year-round employment, combining hands-on carpentry work during warmer months with snow and ice management responsibilities in the winter season.

Carpenter Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials (e.g., framing, cabinetry, siding, decks)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Perform renovations, maintenance, and custom builds as needed
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards

Snow Removal Operator Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows, loaders, and other snow removal equipment to clear roads, driveways, and commercial/residential properties
• Apply de-icing agents (salt, sand, or liquid treatments) to prevent ice buildup
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on snow equipment
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, weather conditions, and equipment usage

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial carpentry
• Proven experience in Snow Removal
• Valid driver’s license (DZ or equivalent preferred for snow equipment)
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and responsibly
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours during snow events
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
