Position:                      Asset and Capital Projects Manager (permanent, full-time)
Annual Salary:           $96,665-$105,62

The main objective of this position is to maintain and implement the Town of Kapuskasing's Asset Management Plan and ensure that all related regulatory requirements are met. Working with the General Manager of Public Works and other department heads, this position will document, and arrange for preventative maintenance activities in all facilities, including maintenance projects as well as minor and major capital work.

Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma in engineering field or related experience in Asset Management. Background in project management, thorough understanding of surveying practices, knowledge of financial accounting and experience with procurement including purchasing, request for proposals and preparation of tender documents are assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
