We are Hiring an Accountant Clerk!

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actioning Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, reconcile transactions with statements and prepare and daily cash deposit, and update receivable ledger.
• Prepare and check all invoices and obtains appropriate payment approval.
• Processes/receipts all cash and credit card transactions received in the accounting office.
• Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
• Prepares accounts receivable statements monthly.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is an asset
• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills
